1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of users using the mobile application (hereinafter: "the Application") published by:

2. DATA PROCESSING MODEL (LOCAL STORAGE)

The Application is designed with a "Privacy by Design" approach. This means that:

  • All data entered into the Application, including photos of receipts, documents, and created categories, are stored exclusively in the local memory of your mobile device.
  • The Administrator does not have access to your data, does not collect it on external servers, does not upload it to the cloud, and does not share it with any third parties.
  • The Application does not require account registration, login, or providing any personal identification (such as e-mail or name).

3. SCOPE OF PERMISSIONS USED

To function correctly, the Application requests access to the following device features:

  • Camera: Used solely to take photos of receipts or documents directly within the Application for processing/scanning.
  • Gallery / Device Storage: Used solely to allow the user to select previously saved photos for import or to save processed scans.

4. DATA DELETION

The user has full control over their data:

  • You can manually delete any added document or category at any time using the features within the Application.
  • Uninstalling the Application results in the permanent deletion of all data stored in its local memory on the device. The Administrator does not maintain any backups of your data.

5. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

The Application does not use any analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or advertising systems that track user activity.

6. SECURITY

Since the Application does not have a login system or internal password protection, the user is responsible for the physical security of the data stored on the device (e.g., by using system locks like PIN, biometrics, or patterns).
